Ommorphia Beauty Bar turns 1 today – birthday giveaway!
I’m one year’s old today! Well, to be more accurate, Ommorphia Beauty Bar was officially launched into cyberspace a year ago today! As the ad says: “you’ve come a long way, baby”! Little did I know or even understand what I was letting myself in for; hours of detailed work, frequently being at the mercy of a temperamental sun that refused to shine when I desperately needed those sunlight shots, and having to come up with original ways to describe what so many other bloggers out there were also describing…and yet, I can’t believe how much fun I’ve been having!
When I received my first products to review, I experienced such a thrill of acknowledgement! My first comment saw me dancing like a demented fool! And yet, if I were pressed to state what the best part of starting a blog has been, I would honestly have to say the connections, friendships and bonds I have come to form with not only the amazing companies and PR people who continue to support me, but with my awesome readers and phenomenal fellow bloggers as well, which has truly touched me very deeply.
Looking back to my very first post, where I had no idea how to start, what to say and who to address it to, never mind how primitive my early pictures now seem(!), I cannot believe how far I have come in such a short span of time, nor how much I’ve learned. Therefore, in honour of this happy occasion, I have decided to whip up a birthday giveaway, and seeing as how incredibly generous my supporters have been towards this event, I will be switching things up a bit: for the next few weeks, I will be giving away one fabulous prize per week! Some of the prizes include:
