What happens when two Japanese powerhouses collaborate? You get the shu uemura onitsuka tiger collection and while at first glance it might seem an odd pairing, both happen to be pioneers in their respective fields, holding status as heritage Japanese brands. Major cool-factor aside, I’m also really vibing on the entire aesthetic of this collection.

Back in 2016 and for her debut launch, Lucia Pica — Global Creative Makeup & Colour Director for CHANEL — created a collection around red, her favourite shade. For Fall/Winter 2020, she revisits this iconic hue with the Candeur et Expérience Acte II Collection … but with a pink twist that explores variations and tones, and still keeping it all within the brand’s recognizable signature. New! Make Up For Ever Aqua Resist Smoky Shadow Stick

MAKE UP FOR EVER recently launched several new products, but the one that truly caught my eye (lol) were these Aqua Resist Smoky Shadow Sticks. Considering that we’re all wearing masks out in public now (I know I am, and I actually don’t mind looking like a superhero and/or villain – take your pick), the eyes are truly the focus. Plus with the sweltering heat we’ve been having, something that claims to be budge-proof is definitely ok by me.

NARS · Orgasm X Collection

Back in 1999, François Nars caused quite the stir in the beauty world with the release of the provocatively named Orgasm blush and now 21 years later, he’s taking things up a notch with the launch of the Orgasm X Collection. Basically, you might think of these pieces as multiple “O’s” for the face … and yes, I went there.
