The CHANEL Cruise 2024 runway show took place at the MAMO, Centre d’art de la cité radieuse in Marseille, France and was one of the last collections to be created by Virginie Viard, as it was recently announced that she was stepping down as Creative Director for the brand. The pieces drew inspiration from an ‘underwater reverie’, with the makeup doing its absolute best to provide an elevated mermaid vibe — which also happens to look pretty easy to recreate & which I fully intend to try.

The heat of the season has officially hit,and Dior’s Summer 2024 Collection is here to embody the spirit of summer, bringing us sunny shades and just the right amount of glow. It doesn’t hurt the cause that everything is so gorgeous to look at too, am I right?
OPI · Barbie Collection 2023
True story: when I heard that OPI was launching a Barbie Collection, I squealed. MAJORLY. For me, this theme hits home, because I grew up with Barbie; I still have my first doll given to me when I was 3, and I also have all of my daughter’s Barbie dolls (plus a billion accessories) in storage. Translating this icon’s appeal into nail polish was a match made in heaven, and I can honestly say that the shades truly do Barbie (& Ken) justice.

CHANEL has just launched their fall 2022 collection, Les Accords de CHANEL, consisting of harmonizing lipsticks and nail polishes — all inspired by the brand’s ULTRA LE TEINT Fluid Foundation, of all things. Tone on tone nudes? Sign me up.

The latest collection from CHANEL draws inspiration from the world of dreams & imagination — and probably sorbet ice cream too, in my opinion. With warmer weather around the corner, it seems so right to break out the pastels and you can bet that I’ll be rocking these all. That said, can first we have a moment of silent admiration for the perfection of this highlighter? Utterly swoon-worthy.
