Givenchy has just launched several new products and I’ve got a selection to show you in today’s post. As someone who tends to lean towards luxury beauty, it’s no real surprise that this brand has captured my attention; quality products and attention to detail definitely speak my language.

CHANEL · Noir et Blanc de CHANEL F/W 2019 Collection

 

Paris is known as the City of Light, and for CHANEL’s Fall/Winter 2019 Collection, Lucia Pica introduces Noir et Blanc de CHANEL, drawing inspiration from all the nuances — not to mention opposites — found in both black and white. All I can say is that there is nothing simple or boring about getting back to basics … especially where CHANEL is concerned.

Lancôme · L’Absolu Rouge Ruby Cream Lipstick

 

Lancôme recently launched L’Absolu Rouge Ruby Cream Lipstick, and I received 4 shades to test out (there are 6 available at Sephora, more on Lancôme’s site). The name “ruby” threw me at first, as I was expecting them to be variations of red, but in reality this range is actually inspired by the gemstone of the same name — which also happens to be my birthstone (July baby). Regardless, I’ve yet to see a more exquisite lipstick bullet and I’m betting neither have you.

Givenchy · Essence of Shadows Collection Fall 2019

 

Inspired by analog photography (as in traditional film photography vs digital), Givenchy’s Essence of Shadows Collection for Fall 2019 is all about exploring the relationship between shadow and light, done in finishes that are fresh and absolutely relevant for today. Personally, I love how everything seems to straddle the line colour-wise between the seasons … mainly because I’m 100% in denial that Summer is coming to close.
