CHANEL recently launched Rouge Coco Flash replacing the original Rouge Coco Shine range … and I’m so down for these lippies. With the iconic double C’s standing out thanks to new transparent caps and with a texture that has a lock on shine + comfort, I do believe I may have found my Summer faves … that will take me well into the other seasons too, I might add.

Finding one’s perfect foundation match ranks way up on the frustration scale, but hang tight because the future of makeup is here, and last Friday I had the opportunity to test that out with Lancôme’s Le Teint Particulier. CHANEL · Quintessence & Platine Bronze, Vision d’Asie Spring Summer 2019 Collection

 

 

Several weeks ago I showed you CHANEL’s Spring/Summer 2019 launches — that is, all but the two pieces starring in today’s post. This 9-shadow palette is only the second in this format that the brand has ever created, and this beauty holds an interesting & unexpected mix of hues, while the accompanying cream shade has quickly risen through the ranks to be the one I currently reach for … over & over again.

Givenchy · Lunar New Year 2019 Collection

 

 

To celebrate the Lunar New Year 2019 (Year of the Pig), Givenchy has reworked the casings of two of its star products, decking them out in a flower motif symbolic of Asia’s Spring festival: red for joy, gold for prosperity, and flowers for luck. The “clover pattern” adorning the casings was actually inspired by the House’s fashion label, taken directly from Clare Weight Keller’s runway looks … but thankfully these versions are readily available, not to mention much more affordable.
