The newest addition to the Mon Guerlain family is Eau de Parfum Intense, and apart from the fact that one of the co-creaters is a friend, this fragrance includes notes I personally love AND the muse behind it happens to be Angelina Jolie, aka: one of my ultimate girl crushes. Let’s just say that I was in even before I actually smelled it … then it was pure love.

Last month I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Camille Goutal, daughter of the late Annick Goutal, founder of Goutal Paris. What many people may not know about me is that as passionate as I am about beauty & skincare, I also have a deep love for fragrances, so getting the opportunity to sit down and chat with Camille was a pinch-me moment. Having her be the one to present her newest creations to me, was a mind-blowing moment — not to mention so much fun.
Creed · Aventus Cologne
A few weeks ago I was invited to a media preview of Creed’s latest launch, Aventus Cologne. The event took place at Marcus, Montréal’s hottest eating spot, located at the brand new Four Season’s Hotel — which conveniently happens to adjoin Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, and thus makes it all too easy to not only dine well, but then go and indulge is a little “retail therapy”.
