The Summer makeup collections (especially CHANEL and MAC, viewed here) are my weakness. There. I said it. Blame it on the heat…”cosmetics-stroke” is the accurate medical term, I believe! When I began seeing previews of what CHANEL had in store for their Summer 2011 release, my heart beat a little quicker and I just knew that I was going to want everything. I came close…how close? Well, I picked up everything except for one lip gloss and one nail polish. That close. Missing from the photo above is the Stylo Yeux Waterproof in ‘Rose Platine’, that I went back for after reading other bloggers raving about it.
I already reviewed ‘Mimosa’ and Morning Rose’ (here), and I’m presently hard at work playing with, er, testing the rest of my haul to show you, so stay tuned for my take on the rest of these beauties!
If anyone else went a little overboard with this collection, please feel free in sharing it with me….so I know I’m not alone!
