Ultra Rich Body Cream in Mango Flower (CDN $28.00 100 ml/3.5 oz) has a light & smooth balm-like texture, that glides like silk across the skin upon application. Made with 25% shea butter, this is an ideal body cream for dry to very dry skin, although I found it to be equally effective on my skin type (normal), without any excessive greasy feel. The delicious mango scent of this cream is fresh and invigorating, and with a slightly cool feel to the touch, it absorbed quickly and kept me feeling hydrated the entire day. Smells so good in fact, you will definitely be tempted to eat it!

I absolutely adore these creams, and always have a tube with me, especially easy to do as it comes in a convenient travel size, along with the more cost effective larger version. Absorbing quickly and with no greasy residue, using this product leaves my hands feeling softened and incredibly hydrated, even after hand washing. After having used this bar, I can vouch for 2 things: 1) my skin felt thoroughly yet gently cleansed, with absolutely no tight feeling after drying off, and 2) knowing that just using this bar of soap is benefitting and making others feel good, well … it doesn’t get better than that.

Final thoughts: With a well-thought out little collection of products that are items we can all use, along with scents that are either exotic (Date Bouquet), fresh (Mango Flower), or subtle (Rose Petals), your body will thank you. While I generally prefer my body lotions to come in a pump-bottle format, I found the oversize screw-cap tin of this version easy to use & access and I know that there will be zero waste when it’s done – plus I can reuse the container for something else (pretty smart, huh?). I can’t say enough great things about L’Occitane hands creams, but if you haven’t tried them yet, you are so totally missing out. As to lip balms, I’ve tried many over the years, yet none have come through on their promises like these do – another must-have item, for sure. And the soap – tell me you don’t love the nostalgic look of this little bar?
