I have a love-hate relationship with glitter; on the one hand, I know it’s such a pain to remove, but on the other hand, I can’t help but be attracted to the glitzy shine……especially now with Christmas just around the corner. So deliciously festive!
OPI’s latest release, The Burlesque Collection, gave us 12 new shades with 6 of them shimmers and the other 6 glitters. I ended up with just 3 of them, but there’s still others I have my eye on!

Bring on the Bling is jam-packed with tons of pink, green, yellow and gold micro glitter in a sheer base. I found that it applied a little on the thick side and seemed to dry rather quickly, so you need to work fast to get the glitter/polish evenly spread out. On the plus side, even with one coat you get nice coverage but I wanted a totally “blinged-out” look so I applied 3 coats here, over 1 coat of OPI’s Start to Finish Base & Top Coat and finished it up with 2 coats of base coat, but a third layer would have added an even smoother feel. The pictures fail to capture exactly how insanely sparkly this polish is. Because the gold glitter is on the paler side, it will work with all skin tones and it has a classy rather than gaudy look to it. I also absolutely love how the pink & green glitter compliment the gold base so perfectly … a fun shade for a night out and surprisingly easy to wear during the day as well!
