CHANEL – Sneak peek for Spring 2011!

 

 

Good day all!

Even though Fall has just descended and the days are only now beginning to get cooler, the Spring and some Summer collections have already started making themselves seen & heard on the fashion and beauty circuit.  Every collection sees people collectively holding their breath for the sure to be ‘it’ colour and CHANEL never fails to disappoint.  Starting with their avant-garde shade ‘Vamp’ that they released so many years ago, to their latest introduction ‘Paradoxal’ this past season, they seem to have found the magic formula for creating a frenzy of want/need/lust in people regarding their products, most notably their nail polishes.

A few words about their formula here; superb application and flow, with the brush being just the right size to enable ease of use and beyond unique quite un-dupable colours, incredibly glossy shine and good durability.  One of the downsides are when they release limited shades which can only be purchased in select shops and/or cities making it rather frustrating, especially to Canadian girls like me, and of course, the steeper price tag. However, when you do manage to snag one of their coveted shades, there’s nothing like that feeling of ownership!

See what I mean?  Start saving those pennies ladies….something tells me we’re going to need it when the CHANEL Spring 2011 collection hits counters! Will keep you updated as the information is released.
