When I received these latest launches from Givenchy to try out, and I immediately dove in. First of all, as a long-time fan of this brand, I had a gut feeling that I wouldn’t be disappointed and spoiler alert: I wasn’t.

The latest collection from CHANEL draws inspiration from the world of dreams & imagination — and probably sorbet ice cream too, in my opinion. With warmer weather around the corner, it seems so right to break out the pastels and you can bet that I’ll be rocking these all. That said, can first we have a moment of silent admiration for the perfection of this highlighter? Utterly swoon-worthy.
Turning a Scottish classic into a luxury icon, CHANEL’s recent Fall-Winter 2022/23 Ready-to-Wear Collection paid tribute to all things tweed — even the venue was swathed in the fabric. Gorgeous accessories and runway pieces aside, the beauty look was minimal yet so fresh, with cheeks looking flushed with colour as though kissed by a walk through the moors. Groomed brows, a ‘just-bitten’ look to lips, and neutral nails, the eyes were loaded up with mascara (but not overly clumpy) to complete the look, and I’m living for the effortlessly cool effect. Pretty sure this will be my go-to from now on.
Dior has added to the Rouge Dior family with the recent launch of the Floral Care Lip Balms. Available in 3 finishes (satin, matte & velvet), something tells me that these are about to become my new bff’s, especially now that mask mandates are starting to lift. The fact that they’re also refillable only sweetens the deal, wouldn’t you agree?
CHANEL has recently entered a more mindful approach to beauty with the launch of their N°1 range of both skincare and makeup. Upon hearing nothing but raves about the products, I picked up the foundation and a lip/cheek balm to try out but spoiler: I’m impressed enough to want to go back for more.
