I’m sure by now you’ve all either tried out any number of shatter effects polishes that are available, or have seen a multitude of artsy-looking pictures of same. Well, coming this May 2011 and to coincide with their ‘Ahoy, Me Hearties’ collection which in turn is inspired by the upcoming blockbuster movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”, OPI is set to unleash their latest creation — ‘Silver Shatter’.
Working along the same principle of their incredibly best-selling ‘Black Shatter’, this latest incarnation offers a few differences. This is a highly reflective silver polish, and what I find so awesome is the almost lacy effect of the shatter pattern it gives when layered over other shades….truly unique! I will be reviewing both ‘Silver Shatter’ and the ‘Ahoy, Me Hearties’ collection in stunning detail in the very near future so…stay tuned!
