The venerable House of CHANEL, ever a leader where trends are concerned, staged their latest Cruise 2016-17 Collection in beautiful Havana, Cuba along one of the city’s most revered Avenues, the Paseo del Prado. Since the days of Coco Chanel, the House has sought out exciting new cities to host this ‘collection between two seasons‘ and taking cues from the energy of the landscape and its people, created a collection full of vibrant life, colour, and plenty of tropical touches.
The makeup followed suit with glowing skin, glossy lips with soft pops of colour, and dreamy bedroom eyes — all looks that are so easy to recreate, not to mention totally wearable too (except for the no mascara part – that’s something I refuse to part with). The breakdown:
